Plan a better golf weekend.

A few practical decisions make the difference between a rushed itinerary and a trip worth taking.

Start with the group, not the course

Agree on how much golf everyone wants to play, the comfortable budget per round and whether anyone will skip the golf. Share playing experience and any accessibility needs when requesting options.

Leave space around each round

Allow for getting to the course, check-in, warming up and a round that may run longer than expected. Avoid placing a dinner reservation or airport transfer too close to the last tee time.

Choose the hotel for the whole stay

Think about where you want to spend your evenings as well as where you play. A Strip hotel can work well for a mixed group; a quieter base may suit a trip built mainly around golf.

Confirm the small details

Ask about rental clubs, cart arrangements, dress requirements, arrival time and cancellation terms before confirming a round. Check transport space if everyone brings a golf bag.

Give non-golfers a real plan

A pool afternoon, dining, a show or a separate activity can make a shared trip work well. Tell us which plans should bring everyone back together.
