Start with the actual group
Ask how many golfers will play, whether the non-golfers need activities and how many rounds belong in the itinerary. A group of eight can sometimes operate as two foursomes; larger groups may require coordinated tee-time blocks and different lead times. Confirm group policies with each course.
Keep transport and arrival realistic
Use the hotel address and actual pickup location, not simply “the Strip.” Include check-in, club rentals, warm-up and post-round travel. Never promise a particular transfer time without checking it for the date and route.
Choose courses for the players
A premium resort round may fit a small experienced group, while a mixed-ability outing may need forgiving tee choices and a less formal format. Check publicly bookable alternatives before considering restricted-access venues.
Plan a fallback
Ask which details are essential—date, course, sunrise tee time—and where the group can be flexible. Avoid collecting deposits before supplier terms and cancellation conditions are confirmed.
What to send us
Share dates, golfer count, approximate handicaps if useful, rounds, budget basis, hotel area, rental-club needs and whether dining or nightlife are part of the weekend. We can then prepare a shortlist for discussion.
Compare actual course options
Course policies and current availability can change. Use the official links on each course profile; do not treat editorial guidance as a confirmed reservation.
Practical checklist before requesting a quote
- Count actual players, not just travelers. A group of sixteen may include only ten golfers, which changes the request dramatically.
- Ask for approximate ability ranges so the operator can recommend suitable tees and formats, rather than promising a specific pace.
- Collect a single group lead and establish who has authority to approve rates and cancellation terms.
- Keep course requests grouped by date and acceptable time window; unstructured messages create avoidable back-and-forth.
- Send the final participants list, rental requests and pickup instructions only after confirming the operator’s requirements.
